IV. Truth in Taxation Hearing: annual, required presentation for the budget. General fund difference of +235,000. Food service, Community Ed, Student Activity funds all in black. Debt redemption fund is -201,000. See attached documents. (obtain a copy of this)

July SchoolBoard Meeting (July 23, 2012)
Correspondence: An invitation was sent to join the Gopher conference however we already have a two year commitment to the HVL. A thank you from Therine was also read.
June School Board Meeting
Budgets - A number of items on the agenda related to budgets. Items included: accepting preliminary budgets for '13 and '14 school years, accepting proposals for Worker's Comp and Property Insurance fees, accept auditor's fees proposal, and discussion of holding off on a loan for the upcoming school year until November/December per accountant recommendations.
